...my blog that is. I have had quite a busy few weeks, which is good for business but apparently bad for the blog. So while I get things in order enjoy my most recent session with a cutie 9 month old...She was all smiles, all the time!

Going into this session I already knew that I wanted to light up little Miss E's beautiful curls. She was great! Loved taking photos, had a beautiful natural smile and especially loved the red pettidress...so much so that she cried when it was time to take it off.

These are my first newborn boys. Up until now it's been all girls.
Up first is baby boy L. This little one had mom on her toes. He did not want to be bothered for photos, but we still managed a few sleepy shots...
I love how he looks wrapped up in mom's arms...
This shot makes me smile...
Next up is baby boy R. At 6 weeks premature this little one was tiny. He just wanted to be wrapped up and snuggled. Used lots of color with him...

This little one was the cutest little thing. She was so awake and alert and would make the sweetest "baby talk" noises. She was able to hold her head up high and we also managed to get her to sleep for some newborn type shots that mom really wanted.
Ok, I'll admit, I love my angel wings....love them. I made the tutu myself, took me a few hours to tie all those little knots. I also made the crown from some garland and added some pink beads, though I think they need more. I wanted the softness of the baby, wings and tutu against a more rough, hard, textured surface that I could draw color out of.
I absolutely love how these came out! I definitely need to find more grungy spots and make more wings and tutus. I have ideas coming to me.....

Had the pleasure of photographing this little doll in the secret garden. Took her a few minutes to get used to her surroundings and after that she was good to go.
Who could say no to this precious face?
And so is this little cutie........Small, squishy and lots of hair. Welcome to the world!
It was great to meet little Miss G and her family. She is the cutest, chunkiest baby I have met to date. Right from the start she flashed me a big gummy grin, so I knew things would go smooth from there. I love love love the colors!! The Secret Garden only gets better by the day.
